The key to your growth as a leader

You can read all the blog posts and books. You can have all the coaches, advisors and mentors. BUT… you will not transform as a leader until your business goes through massive growth.

It’s all theoretical until you unlock the flywheel of growth. While product is really important, distribution is the biggest single contributor to enterprise value over the long run.

If you want to become the best possible CEO for your business, focus maniacally on finding a repeatable growth engine. Find it. Unlock it. Put fuel on the fire. Hang on for dear life.

When you do this, you move from the theoretical to the real. This is when all the issues and opportunities that are part of creating a big outcome show up. This is when a coach will have the most impact. This is when you will truly grow.

Questions to consider

How much of my time as CEO is truly focused on revenue growth?

Do I have the best possible leadership in place to drive revenue for my business?

Does the business have a proven, repeatable and scalable process for finding, keeping and growing customers?
